Spacer size question.

Ok, so I asked the same question in my showroom thread, but I figured I'd get faster answer here.
What size of spacer should I run in front? Wheel specs are: 225/40-18 Offset: 40mm.
Right now I have +5mm, but I'd like it to be more flush with out hardcore rubbing (already rubbing in the back, haha). Anyways I was thinking switching to either +10 or +12.

Any suggestions?

So what's the wheel width? 10s look like they'll work fine with that setup. If they're 18x8s I'd prolly try some 15mm ones on there. If they're 8.5 then I'd stick to 10 or 12 to avoid possible rubbing depending on suspension setup.

I believe they are 18x8. BTW I'm also dropped (HKS coils). The thing is I need to order them so I really can't try what fits best =/

It's a special order. Not many non-m coupes with that exact paint around, if any. Haven't seen one yet.

Well, if they're 8" wide, I'd go with 15mm, if they're 8.5" wide I'd go with 10 or 12mm. It al depends on how much poke you want.

To avoid any kind of issues with rubbing, measuring the spacer on your own may be a better idea. Each cars alignment and and tire manufacturer are different, so one fitment that works for a person may not work for another.

Just pull out a tape measure and check the gap between the tire shoulder and fender.
