Smile "The Positive Thread" - check it out!

I see about 65% ranting on this board, what do you love about your car? We need some positive feedback.

officially "The Positive Thread". To be referenced when negativity arises. Please contribute

I have never had a car that can count down to the number of miles I have left in the gas tank. I really have peace of mind with this feature & cant imagine being w/o it... I like to drive till the last drop..

After owning Miata, Integra and Carrera, (plus my wife's A4 Avant)

my 323i handles great (also thanks UUC sways) it almost reminds me of my '90 Carrera, it also rides very smooth (SP) and w/ a 5sp is no slouch either, i can cruise all day at 90 if I could.

Plus enough room for my little guy in the back.

I would recommend this car to anyone who is cross shopping A4, IS300 and G35.

2 thumbs up

I just hope it will hold up for when it gets older.

Re: Re: "The Positive Thread" - check it out!

I love taking a 90-degree turn a few mph too fast with DSC off, feeling the rear end break traction, seemingly in slow motion....quick snap of the wrist to countersteer and the car straightens in the right direction like it was on a string

I love when I park my car, and as I'm walking away from it, I take a look back and think to myself, "wow, thats my car!"

The fact that after 2 years of the most brutal , red-lining, tire squealing, mountain, canyon, street, highway driving, the car STILL makes me smile every SINGLE time I sit down. Everytime the engine fires up, every time the freeway ramp says 25mph, everytime there are "twisties" between me and where I want to go the car still makes me smile.

After 18 months I still can help but look back at it as I'm walking away every time I park it. I think that pretty much says it all!
