The drive was awesome. My very nice E36 looked very mediocre among so many 335's, 135's, Z and M badges, but it is still a BMW and several of the drivers in the A group were impressed by it's performance, but it really does great between 60-100, so it was perfect this kind of drive.

umm if you can find an e36 m3 transmission, that should be the same transmission you have in your car currently...

the problem i see with that transmission is the transmission support crossbrace. it may or may not be in the right place to bolt up to your car. i know it should mate to the engine fine but other than that, i'm not sure.

soooo.... anyone else want to do that fender rolling party this weekend or next?

i want to pull mine a bit more...if we rent on saturday, we can have it until monday, and it's only 20 bucks... unless prices have gone up of course.

Also, I wanted to remind everyone about the Exotic Sports Car Show and Concours D'elegance which is next Sunday, June 13th. Maybe plan a meet up spot and then head down around 11am?

the interior door handles have been killing me, the stupid speaker grille is attached to the handle and since i no longer have any of the interior it just looks stupid.

tonight i finally did something about it, and trimmed them, much better now
