so, a few of you that have seen my car recently have probably noticed some of the 'scars' that i have in my paint from several winter shenanigans lol... well a few months back i bought the dr. color chip repair system but never got around to using it.

i did manage to try it yesterday and i have to say it did a VERY good job in hiding the scratches.

i guess some before and after photos would be good. garrett i'm going to steal one of your photos from flickr because it does a good job of showing the scratch that i had on the bumper..

and now the after.... this was just applying the system once...

yeah it is awesome. you can't see anything from more than 2 feet away.

here is the site if you guys are interested.

http://www.drcolorchip.com/

they have all the specific e46 colors... i got the "road rash kit" which has the most paint and sealant. its $59 for the kit and there is a LOT left even after i filled the larger scratches.

You're right btw Brandon, for whatever reason the 108's look larger then the SSR's, must be the concavity that gives the illusion.

i'd say it's because the spokes go all the way to the edge of the rim on the 108's vs the lip on the ssrs..

i am considering selling my current TCK Double Adjustable shocks, TCK camber plates, TCK rear upper shock mounts (HD, not spherical), TCK rear ride height adjusters + springs (650F Hyperco, 700R TCK VVT or 500F/600R TCK VVT)

i also have a set of brand new GC ping pong paddle reinforcements that i can include and a new/spare TCK spherical bearing (for use on the camber plate).

everything is in fine working condition.

i'm thinking $2,800 for the full setup.
new from TCK this stuff is about $3,400.
new from AST (4200's) is around $3,600.

currently on my car, so pics will be forthcoming if i drum up some serious interest.

Joining the cool-kid club are we?

I *might* be interested in springs, depending on what's left if you want to sell it off.
