The black headliner also has black handles, clips and vanity lights.

Oh yea by the way they are not aftermarket they are OEM and are not pulled are re-wrapped.

Add up of the parts in cost and let me know how much they come to.

i wasn't trying to rag on you, but if those are just normal OEM parts... I got an entire headliner package (pillars, headliner, visors, everything...) for $500 shipped to my house

if you paid that from bmw for new parts, then yes i believe the price, however maybe next time if you look on here or wherever, you can score a huge deal

if you got other work done... then that is a little more understanding... however if you ever looked up the DIY on the pillars, they are extremely simple... front pillars for example are 3 long ass screws... thats is

You should two-tone those door panels now. I think black and tan door panels look awesome, and more black in the interior will help out with the balance, IMO.

I got almost everything but the seats and dash for ~$400 CAD locally. I probably could have had the rear seats and dash too...
It was out of a wreck, I had to pull it myself and there are some signs of wear... the deals are out there if you aren't in a rush. Our E46's are already 10 years old.
