PLEASE HELP need to know what part im looking at!

pretty my upper mount broke on the passenger side but im not sure if its the upper strut mount or some other part.... ******bag chevy dealership i bought it from overinflated the tires on the left side to 70 pounds and the right to 50 to compensate for the lean rather than doing the right job found out yesterday when i went to get my car aligned due to the lean. the put the car up on a lift and what do you know the strut just popped right off the car NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM PINE BELT CHEVROLET!!!(end rant) so i think its my usm, is the usm mostly rubber? heres a pic of the damaged part:

and the drivers side which isnt destroyed:

stange thing is there arent much in the way of symptoms, no unusual noise to speak of just a leftward lean
hopefully i can just replace that part and nothing else got damaged as a result of it failing but i need someone to help me with what it is asap cuz the passenger side suspension is held in by the weight of the car now

1st: learn to type english

2nd: those are wear and tear items, its just an upper strut mount so calm down.

By the way, many of the BMW's have a lean when viewed from the rear of the car. There has been a lot of speculation, however, as I recall if the lean is not more than 1/2" or so, this is considered "normal" or within spec.

Mostly on coupes as I recall and it leans to the passenger side. Some discussion that it compensates when the driver is in the car.

Why are you bringing your BMW to Pine Belt Chevy for service?
