I have a GT1 and live in Costa Mesa. I know I already told you that you can't code a used cluster, but if that software you have can, I want in.

I have an E39 that needs a replaced cluster and I really want to just code it but the GT1 as-is fails to.

i know, trust me i've spent hours researching and asking questions....there was a recent topic among the m5 peeps about this and i spoke via pm with a bmw tech that told me these steps

code the vin with pa soft and then anyone was good knowledge of gt1 can then code the mileage to any used clusters...i actually meet with a cluster repair specialist this morning and dropped off my cluster and the used one and he says he can fix it so i can sell you the software if you like but i have to wait until monday to see if my cluster actually gets fixed..
