Need help determining how to fix this sound

I currently have AP headers, section 1 with random tech cats welded in..Everything else is stock. I get this tin can sound at around 3-5K rpm. What do you think it is and what do you recommend doing to get rid of it? Here's a vid hopefully you can hear the sound...it surely does not amplify it the way that I hear it. I'm sure it is probably amplified rasp, but I want it gone.

Sorry it's fixed now. I installed the AP section 1 and section 2.
