Replaced my CVV.

It was a major PIA, but so worth it. No more smoke at startup, no more engine shaking, and it got me a 10mpg boost in fuel economy.

changed front control arms bushings, tie road covers, fan shroud, fan blade, windshield cover and also did wheel alignment plus changed the tail lights with OEM one, the old ones were some smoked tail lights as the ex owner didn't really have good tastes . Also fixed, while in line waiting my turn to car wash, the foot light in passenger's side. Next, hopefully this week, left wheel cover and other small stuff.

No. Somehow my mpg needle got stuck to the right lol idk how. But I fixed it and it works fine now.

Also took all the paint off my wheels. Came out looking great.

And tomorrow when it's day. I'll post pics of them polished. :-)

Cleaned my Mass Airflow Sensor, recharged my K&N filter in my Simota CAI, replaced my Secondary Air Pump hose which was cracked, and added some Lucas Upper Cylinder Lubricant to the gas tank

^Looks great!

I was hoping to wash my car and check my exhaust system bolts, but spent the day fighting a broken bolt on my wife's X5. Broke one of the bolts that holds the fuel tank to the chassis. Drill broke in there (went through the bolt and got away from me and bent against the chassis bracket). Picked up my welder from storage and welded a weld-nut on it. Took all day to fix that damn bolt, but I am glad to have owned a minitruck! Wouldn't know how to weld or have the attitude that anything can be fixed with a welder.

It's a 02 540i sport ... Auto because although the wife is perfectly capable of driving a manual, she "prefers" not to, and this replaces her car. While my ZHP might be suffering from displacement envy, the 540 is a bit of a boat... a freakin fast boat. Oh and I know the E46 is filthy dirty. There need to be more days in the weekend.

A boat, huh? Did you get a chance to play with it, how does it handle?

I ask because I was very close to pulling the trigger and buying a '02 M5 a few weeks ago. Until I read about the headaches that e39 M5 owners go through.
