Stared at it for a while, parked on flat ground. Realized the back sits lower than the front, got pissed off.

Rear springs broken? Mine sat low and my springs ended up being broken.

Nah everything looks alright. I don't keep anything in my trunk except my sub, but it doesn't weigh that much. No spare tire or jack kit either.

Its just barely noticeable. But it still bugs the hell outta me.

Anyone know what style # wheels these are and if they'd fit my car? They're just listed as 19's but for a good price...

Ha, yeah I don't like them as much either, but if I can get them as cheap as I think I can, it might be worth it to just buy and resell them. It would be a bonus if they fit and looked decent.

i guess you can resell them. though nobody just throws away money. if its a craigslist ad, chances are whatever they are asking for it has been asked for days/weeks and nobody's biting. i'm not aware of any OE BMW wheels in that size unless it's for a 7-series?

Well that's one of the reasons I was asking. Guy says he has the receipt and they cost 5 grand new. Obv I'd need to be certain they were genuine before buying. I'm just more curious really.

ah, OK. being that I like prime numbers, I would have gone with 73. Perhaps 79

For shits and giggles, there is one in the back too that my brother got me from a totaled e39. I'm getting tired of them though, just keep forgetting to grab the covers from my toolbox at home (usually wash the car at work).

Same here, see below, I don't take this car out of town anymore. Last week I drove 30.8 miles over the course of 7 days.

Lets get real here, I've owned the car for 7.5 years, the very few times I ever used the flash to pass function, it was absolutely worthless. We (or at least I) live in America, people do not pay attention to anything that is behind them and as this is now pretty much just my "Memphis" car (no more road trips for her) I won't need to signal oncoming cars of cops or whatever on the interstate.

As for the coding, I would absolutely love to do some coding eventually, I don't have time to learn all of that crap right now. But compared to HID, how much extra lighting would a halogen bulb put out for additional high beams? My guess is not that much, there is a reason why halogen is going out and HID has taken over and LED is starting to creep in, Halogen has its limitations. Further, again, this is basically just my "Memphis" car now, and I can't remember the last time I used my high beams at all.

Drove her to work, 2.2 miles.

Your guess is wrong.

Any real driving is done at night and would benefit from having quad highs. Saying "halogen has its limitations" is a cop out and has no meaning. Everything has its limits.

Believe me, from real world driving in complete darkness, quad highs and proper premium lighting has its benefits. None of this backwards teen painting stuff. Dangerous and can get you pulled over or injured. (Aside from the fact it looks downright BAD)

It's clear from your post (and mods) that you don't understand lighting. There's a reason why high beams remain halogen regardless of low-beam type. has nothing to do with "halogens are being phased out"
