Oh, you know. Just pulling out the rear seats, trying to un what the previous owner(s) have done to my baby. I love owning an M3, I'm incredibly happy I finally got one, and it's my dream car and all, but does it hurt uncovering the negligence of her past.

But once the restoration, retrofit, and revival is complete, I'm going to feel something like this every time I talk to those who doubted me:

Went on a cruise to New Hope...pretty decent turnout. There was an r8, a Ferrari, Lotus, and a bunch of other race cars.

Took 8th out of 46. My best time was 43.21seconds. First place had a time of 42.72 seonds. So I was close.

There was a 330ci that took 2nd with 42.74!

I will say I was proud of my 4 door 325i. Car felt GREAT with this suspension setup.

* What did you do to/for your E46 today? *

Ordered some clear corners and markers because I think they'll look sharp with the TiAg. Waiting on parts and doing a new water pump for sake of PM this coming weekend.

Shift bushing overhaul on the coupe (what a PITA, everything on this car is stuck tight) resulting in the need for a guibo and CSB, so far the shifter feels great though

New wiper blades and a power steering flush on the sedan with redline D4 in prep for my first track day on Wednesday

Tire was leaking so I took it to Canadian tire TWICE and they couldn't fix it so I went down the street and took it to tire craft and they just pulled the screw out of the tread and patched it --_--

Replaced my fog light and fuel pump relays... fogs still don't work :/

Fuel pump relay showed some browning on the contacts from getting too hot... yikes. Not sure what is up with that.

Will be picking up a fuel pump sealing ring from Steve Thomas BMW this afternoon and putting in my BMAparts fuel pump.

Also, I drove a friend's 6 speed zhp coupe on friday. First time driving a 330 manual, let alone a zhp 6 speed. It was exactly what I expected. Awesome. Though I think I might actually be happy just swapping in an M54 into Betsy if my wife won't let me get my zhp. I dunno. I'd probably have to reinforce my subframe, huh? And would my 5 speed be okay with that much more power? I assume so. If i'm rebuilding it in the next 10 or 20 thousand miles, is there anything I can upgrade to make it hold up to a possible 330 swap later?
