Could you post pics of the DrColorChip touch up when done? I'm curious about their products. I just touched up a bunch on nicks on my touring with "normal" touch-up. Looks like hell, but better than rust.

I took before pics so I could compare. Once the rain stops I'll finish it off and post the difference. So far I'm amazed at how well it works.

I still have to do the lower front spoiler. I was using the supplied brushes but there are just too many chips. I'm going to try again with an ultra thin nap microfiber towel instead of a brush.

I also want to try multiple coats for larger deep chips. Apparently they will fill in and look even better.

Drove to jersey today with my new v1, was in the middle lane and seen 1 lambo, 2 lambo, porshe and a puny subaru wrx flying in the left lane. So I did my best to keep up, FAIL!

I think this is the first time I don't have any constant lights on my dashboard illuminated in a very long time... Cleared my CEL and miss-fire codes with the repair of my air distribution hose that had a slight leak and fixed my electric grimlins with the installation of an new ignition switch and lock. Now I still need to chase down one last random tail light bug that comes on every once in a while and goes off as soon as I turn on the switch. 12 years and 236,000 miles later I still love my redhead, Sally-Sue still rocks!

You're doing just pads? That's baby cakes. That reminds me, I have to order myself a 12" breaker bar, that thing works wonders!

yea dude, i am too poor for rotors forget the breaker bar, best thing I have ever used to get a tight bolt loose is a pipe that went over my ratchet and BAM, comes off like a beauty. An old geezer in a local auto parts store gave me good advice
