Over the weekend I did a complete cooling system overhaul with pulley, hoses, thermostat, temp sensor, belts, waterpump, ET, bleeder screws, and cap. I also installed a USA Spec PA12-BMW ipod integration kit, and new kidney grills as the tabs on my old ones had broken off. It was a great weekend!!! Tons of fun and she is running fine for the time being!

I'm 21 and I've never done that sort of thing before... Does one just go up to an indy shop and say "I need a tune up"?

I don't want to go somewhere and have them suck my soul out through my wallet, telling my that they boosted my flux capacitor and it should take me back to the year 1955 if I hit 88 mph. The plutonium will cost me $9,001.

Debagded and it took some paint off I tried to wax it out with a clay bar. But it didn't work at all.

Could some give me some pointers on how to get rid of the scratchs

That's pretty slick looking. Where did you get the button?

I was thinking of doing something like that to turn my subwoofers on and off... You have inspired me sir!

Replaced pre-cat o2 sensor with OEM Bosch o2 sensor. Idle is smoother and acceleration is on point. Now waiting for ses light to reset...

We need to see some pictures. Something basic that you can pick up locally might work like Scratch-X 2.0, or if you can find any 3M compound/polish in your local stores with one of their polish pads it should work. Hopefully it isn't through the paint. Be more careful next time.
