Just did idler pulley, tensioner pulley, accessory belt, and AC belt. Yay the squeaking noises are gone. It was a really easy diy, took less than an hour.

Took her in to Tulley BMW where the stealership stole nothing and blew out my clogged A/C drain for free!

Also just installed the BMW aux input. I never knew that part existed! So excited.
I ran the input jack down to the dsc button panel, and took off my shifter knob for the first time. I put a pillow over the knob and still hurt myself yanking it off! Input jack looks great though. I wish it wasn't chrome-looking though.

I want chrome trim and have black. Would a swap from an 05 325xi work physically?

I would imagine so. Body lines are the same except the bumpers (which wouldn't affect the trim). I'd like to swap but you probably don't honestly want chrome trim. It's got something of a cloudy look to it that's pretty common on all e46's. If you still want to swap though I'd be willing depending on condition

Sadly, we would be without trim for a few days if we swapped.
