I photoshopped the living bajesus out of it. And now you all have to deal with it. And my friend wants me to paint it flame orange and add black 18's. It's bad because he's the one driving a 08/2011 production BMW Individual 335i in LeMans Blue with the M-Sport package, cold weather package, and premium package. He genuinely thinks it would look brilliant with clubsport splitters.

It took a lot of patience to try and do it properly.

you have a roofrack on a convertible hardtop? Are you that stance, or do you actually get serious use out of it?

You don't drive a Corvette, or a VW, so don't do it.

The local BMW enthusiast group went on a fun cruise and crashed a VW meet an hour away this weekend. Here is a video that one of them put together of the ride up.

from Abheek Sen on Vimeo.

And here is another pic of us after hanging out. The GTR owner also has a 1 series, my e46 and then an M5.

Just watched the video. Since most drivers on super highways are driving somewhere between 60 and 80 mph, and these BMW's were passing them as if they were standing still, the speed of the BMW's must be 100mph or greater. I cannot support this type of driving on US highways that, unlike Europe, are not built for that (grading, visibility, maintenance, on-off ramps, road sign posting, curves). And the restless lane changing, unsafe driving to others on the road and self, veering in and out, should never be supported by responsible BMW drivers.
In most States this may result in a suspension of driving privileges/license. In Europe it probably would result in it being revoked--and for good reason. Interest that both highway signs and your license plate numbers (via video enhancement) allow any law enforcement official to issue a summons based on this video.
I knew a 25 year old who had a 'M' BMW a few years ago. When the police got to the accident, his engine was 200 feet down the road. He does not have to worry about his insurance coverage--he is no longer with us. Good luck.

Actually it's not that bad. Most of the highways we hit were around 55 MPH. We didn't break 80 very much. Maybe for a second or two. But I definitely don't drive nearly as fast as some of these guys, and for me to keep up I know I wasn't going more than 80-85. Obviously we are still going over the speed limit. But I know I personally didn't come anywhere near 100 MPH. I drive a 323, so the acceleration is nowhere near what some of these guys have, so I was usually at the back of the pack. And no way in hell I was going to push my car that hard. I like to have fun, but not at the expense of risking my life either.

i think you should do it. if you do get them and have any questions about adapters and what not just let me know.

I like corvette wheels, not sure why i'm so found of the corvette wheel styling. I just am. not many people like them, especially the typical e46 owners. but i personally would much rather see any car on corvette wheels then any replica wheels and/or fake splits

but thats just me
