Got her to start and run! The other night she stalled and would not start. Needed a tow home. Replaced fuel pump today and she started but stalled out after a few seconds. Unplugged MAF sensor, VWAALAAHH!

I installed Morimoto ballasts for my custom Blazer projector fogs. Compared to DDM $20 ballasts, they fire up rather quickly. I'd say close to full intensity in about 10 seconds. Still not as fast as OE Philips, but good enough!

55w Nokya Halogens are alright though?

I noticed the OE bulbs were 51w, and the new ones are running pretty hot

Yea the 55w Nokya's are fine. I've been running them in my car for about 4 months with no issues.

Here are some pics of my new smoked corners and blacked out headlight bowls. It's getting there! Really need an Mtech II bumper to complete the front end. Also getting Euro Style Folding M3 mirrors and then lastly ST coilovers.

Not to bash anyone, but painting the headlight bowl(s) is just a cheap, bad look imo. Especially painting them black.

No high beams! Never used them to begin with. I have DRL's and haven't had the chance to go to the dealership to get them turned off. They look horrible with my angel eyes so I took the high beam bulbs out and have had them out for about a year now. Decided to paint the headlight bowls black for a more aggressive look. Black matches better with my orient blue.

@Blueandwhite85 I respect your opinion but I don't agree. Not to bash anyone at all, but I'm not a fan of the stock look. It's not sporty or aggressive enough to me. I like the more aggressive, lowered sports car look and that's what I'm going for. (No I'm not a teenager either) I just feel that while the E46 is one of the best designs made by BMW, it's starting to show it's age and no longer looks sporty enough if it's left fully stock, especially compared to the newer 3 series (2009-2011, especially the 335i )

Optimum no rinse wash and optimum spray wax. I love how this crap smells, makes me want to lick the car.

I have to disagree. I don't think the E46s look old at all, especially the facelift ones (or non-facelift with MTECH 2 bumpers) I think they look thoroughly modern, classy, high-end, expensive with a fully stock front end.
