I will agree that the facelifted sedans look much better, especially the front end. I have qualms with the stock front end of the prefacelifted sedans. I'm torn on them, on one hand the lights and corners look more aggressive than the facelifted sedans, however, the hood and grills look much better on the facelifted sedans. Especially the OEM front bumpers on many of the facelifted sedans.

Also, the ZHP is an entirely different story. The car looks sporty, modern, classy and aggressive straight out of the box.

Agreed entirely. Facelifts (especially sedans ) can hold their own aesthetically to most modern day cars.

Re glued the upholstery on the doors, i have to do it a couple times a year.

I agree with this too! I don't like the new design BMW has gone with. Every time I see a 201x BMW, I see a Kia.

I did too, the secret is to ruff the rubber up with light sand paper and use crazy glue and alternative to and paper is a dremel with a wire wheel, mine has been holding for over a year now.

Some girl backed into my door and left a nice dent. Luckily she is giving me $1300 too not go through insurance and my bodyshop is going to reprint my bumper to get rid of the nasty rock chips and road rash. I'll also have some nice cash too get my mama a good mothers day present.

my brother just noticed this when i arrived home. so pissed i don't even know when it happened because i barely see at that side every day (passenger rear).

^BB6, that stereo bracket looks like ****! Why would you install and keep that in your car?? I think anything other than the factory stereo or a navi looks trashy in our cars...just my opinion.

Today I added a bottle of Lucas fuel treatment. Can't wait for these storms to lift so I can give her a good bath! Shes so nasty!

@Blueandwhite85 I respect your opinion but I don't agree. Not to bash anyone at all, but I'm not a fan of the stock look. It's not sporty or aggressive enough to me. I like the more aggressive, lowered sports car look and that's what I'm going for. (No I'm not a teenager either) I just feel that while the E46 is one of the best designs made by BMW, it's starting to show it's age and no longer looks sporty enough if it's left fully stock, especially compared to the newer 3 series (2009-2011, especially the 335i )

I completely agree about the sporty/agressive look. Especially lowering the car, it looks great. I just think it's too much black, but I can't lie - the car looks good. Some people just go for the murdered out look and just end up ruining the car. But hey, first things first - do what you do brother!

To each their own, ya I know that bracket is messed its due to stress from the wires pushing back at it...
I have an alpine to put in so I'll fix it later. I get more from those headunits than oem/navi and use it.(better output on audio for one)

Thanks brother! I'm trying my damnedest not to murder out the car at all. I had clear corners on but it just did not look right at all after I had painted the headlight bowls black. They stuck out way too much.

I'm done with modifications to the front end except for getting an Mtech 2 bumper. I've left my side markers clear and I have R/C/R tail lights. Trying to stick as close to OEM as possible here while trying to make the car look aggressive/sporty.

5 qts. Castrol Edge w/Syntec plus Bosch filter for $32.99. I added one more quart for $8.79. Going to try out the EDGE SPT 5W40, a BMW-LL01 oil, in place of the existing M1 0W-40.

Using the oil filter on the wife's Ford Taurus X.

I'm using the Edge SPT right now. I've topped off with it but this is the first time I've used it in an oil change

Putting in M3 motor mounts and new end links today My suspension was supposed to be done today too but there was a shipping mix up with my last part out of roughly 30 parts

Your shifter I can (help) fix...that I can't Bummer Looks too round and clean (ie no scratch or scuff) to be another car.

I see that you attend little league softball games
