hardwired the Valentine V1 next to the rear view mirror only after removing it from the dash,.... oh and had an amazing drive through Rabbit Ears Pass

I do about 1 brake job a year. autocross may contribute to that though.

Finally changed out my DISA valve, old one was completely rubbish.
The color on M52 DISAs are funky is all I can say. Can't wait to give it a drive and see if there is a difference... ![]() |

oil change, wash, wax and removed some cheeky adhesive left from some tape I used to posture my window when regulator went out some time ago

I had all 4 ZHP wheels powder-coated black all finished and back from the shop; will put new fatties on the rear wheels & slap them back on my ride ASAP!!!

A LOT...... The last few days really:
Front control arm bushings Power steering reservoir and attached hoses Radiator, lower and upper hoses, thermostat Fan blades Ambient temp sensor Wheel well covers Oil separator Degreased engine and undercarriage New tires and alignment Whew....... I guess I'm good for a while.... Ryan |

the 68s and 105s are 17"s, and I contemplated going to a square setup with another set of Style 105s, but the 18" 162s showed up on CL already with tires, Hankook Ventus V12s, for $900, so I could not resist. Definitely worth it!
Sad part was that after I put the Style 105s on, I found out the lower control arms were shot, and they had to be replaced. Car has been realigned after they were replaced, but it was too late. The front tires corded on the inside edge. I have to replace 'em before I put 'em back on my Z3 |
