Today I ordered a front right axle for my 325Xi. This will be my first significant DIY - wish me luck!

Today I put on new control arms, bushings, tierods and sway-bar links. Oh and new front springs since mine were a little crusty. It was a long day.....tmr will be back springs and finish my custom USB charger port by the shifter.

Made a boost leak tester, attached to the engine, friend and I found one leak and fixed that sucker real tight. Added more clamps, tightened all everything.

You're welcome.

Part should be here in 8-10 workdays, it was like $3.00 I also orderd matte tint for it, so it looks like it's not there when it's off!

I'd like to, but i have a tendency to over think, and over design things. It would be a never ending process.

I can say this though.. It will mount to both the bumper frame/shock mounts and the under-engine brace points. Which means there will be a steel skid plate.

Found out a massive oil leak on the front side of the Valve cover. Going to remove and re-install the gasket again. Had just done it a couple of months ago.
