Did he upgrade from stock to the BSW system or from the HK system to the BSW system? I had a friend who had the BSW stage 1 kit in his e36 m3 and it blew me away. I've been sold since I went for a ride in his car.

...and to note, the BSW sounds better than what I have now but I wasn't looking for accurate sound depiction.

^ pics please!

Took a peak under her skirt to check out her undercarriage. I've been hearing this weird flex ever since dropping her (a whopping 0.5") and was very concerned that I might have a rear subframe tear. Thank goodness I do not (yet, knock on wood). I couldn't find any cause of the noise though, which is unfortunate...

Also degreased the diff (at the advise of someone on this site) to hopefully find where she is leaking from...

got pulled over on the 15fwy today. second time this month. they're being really strict about tailgaiting . if you are less than two cars length way from the car in front of you, they'll pull you over.

I kinda like this one though, it's not exactly what I would present as an actual photo, but you get the idea.

Stole photo from online to toughen this car up. Click image for larger version

Traded in the e46 today... for a 2012 335is in Alpine White... Just wanted to thank all you crazy fanatics for tons DIY help and getting me out of sticky situations. Really sad to see the e46 go but recently the problems were adding up to where it just wasn't worth keeping it anymore, and I decided to splurge on the 335is. This thing is a beast and I will enjoy it thoroughly

How bogus. The police don't seem to pull people over for that where I live. In the past 3 days I've had probably 5 people tail gating me to the point where I just had to take my foot off the gas and coast until they quit.

Yea. I drive from northern San Diego to Riverside everyday and I noticed that there's cops every other exit in the Temecula area. It pisses me off how I keep getting pulled over while other people are way closer to the car in front of them than me. Also, people drive on the 15 like its autobahn. 70mph is the limit but average speed is around 85-90.

I take the 15 to work sometimes. I take the 52 east from La Jolla to the 15 south and then I exit right before the 8 freeway. The cops LOVE to hide under the bridges and on the on ramps. Luckily my 330i is a equipped with early warning radar detection thanks to my Valentine 1. As soon as I hear that KA-band warning my foot is off the gas.
