Speaking of my interior trim... Here is the passenger side front door. It used to be wood grain. I started with the driver's door and it was okay (may do it over) but on my second one (this one) it came out pretty good. No air bubbles and nice and tight around the edges. Took my time.

I'll wait to do the hardest pieces at the end when I've had more experience with the simpler ones.

Damn LA roads. Was going down a narrow residential street on a windy hill, cars parked on both sides. Car was coming down the other way WAY faster than they should have been going, so I tried getting out of the way by getting in someone's driveway. I didn't notice that the entrance to their driveway was so damn high. First time I've ever curbed a wheel, **** sucks

Oh well, time for a new set, FS thread coming soon

Today, for the 3rd time, I removed and reinstalled my rear brake pads in an effort to stop a persistent, loud, high pitched squeal during low speed braking. Went for a test drive and it's already back.

What brand of pads are you using?

Better question is what brand of anti-squeal are you using? I had an issue where mine squealed while hot at low speeds. I switched from brake paste to brake lubricant with ceramic. It's secondary function is a noise suppressant. I painted that stuff on the back of the pads and problem solved.

I didn't apply any anti-squeal to my Pagids and they have never made any noise hot or cold. I guess the shims that came with the pads are doing their job very well.

I was running Pagids They'd only do it when they were excessively hot though.

I'm running Jurids with that ceramic brake lube now and they're quiet.

I guess my pads weren't getting as hot due to the larger brakes on the 330.

I was fading my setup. I have a mountain road as a commute. I've upgraded to 330 spec front and haven't had a problem with the size/brand/slotted setup. My 325 setup is consequently for sale

In July, I replaced my old pads with Textar pads and Zimmermann rotors. The Textar pads experienced a consistent high speed squeal, and Mango said he ran into the same issue and couldn't solve it either until he want swapped his Textar pads out for Ate. I was originally going to replace my Textar pads with Jurid, but then I chose Ate instead. So here I am. Both brands worked fine in terms of braking and produced the normal amount of dust, but the noise sucks.

My textar pads were installed with little to no anti-squeal. When I put on the Ate pads, I originally used a small amount of the CRC red paste. In 2 of the 3 times I removed and reinstalled since then, I applied varying amounts of the red paste in different areas. No help. Today, I reinstalled the driver's side rear pads with no form of anti-squeal, and I installed the passenger side with small amounts of Permatex Brake caliper lube which, according the packaging, can be used as anti-squeal. The squealing is definitely reduced, but still present. I haven't been able to pinpoint which rear wheel it's coming from now.

And of course I also discovered my driver's side rear style 68 wheel is ****ing bent. Thank you massive pothole. ****. Is the city of San Diego going to pay for that? Give me a break.
