Replaced air filter

Just put on my winter wheels. Not the nicest compared to my summers...

Finally reset the airbag light. Peake SRS would not reset until I disconnected the battery and turned on the flashers to reset all the ECUs.

No more lights on my dash...

(except for that oil level warning for a minute every time I start the car )

- Took off both belts and inspected my pulleys/water pump. Found main tensioner and water pump failing.
- Ordered an EMP water pump
- Tomorrow going to get a new water pump pulley, tensioner and bmw coolant
- Cleaned up my interior a bit
- Put up my style 73 wheel in the regional forum for free pickup
- Put in my new style 197 wheel with new rft tire as the spare

Noticed my rear passenger door doesn't register on the dash when it's opened..

The to-do list just got longer...

Friend really needed to go home so I pushed my car to 60 in a 25 around a college campus lol, was fun but I feel stupid

I took apart my intake to try to inspect the lower intake boot. Couldn't get to the bolt holding it on, but I did manage to rip off a vacuum hose of some kind. It had a tear in it anyway. It just made the hose connector shorter and I sealed it with superglue and a bit of electrical tape. Put it back together and it solved my P2227 code. Then, as I was driving to test it out and get dinner, someone rewarded my good works by rear ending me. YAY! It was only about 5 mph. Didn't get police involved since it was just paint damage. I don't even think I'm gonna repair it, but I'm still kinda irritated. I think it's karma from when I did the same thing to someone a couple years ago and they didn't make me pay. **** though man. Why does that **** have to happen. I've had the car less than 3 months!

Why not get police involved? Instead of their insurance to fix it, you use yours and pay out of your pocket?

I think you're both doing it wrong. I think the spare goes face up. It's also easier to take out that way.

Because it's not really worth the hour or two of my time. I'm probably not going to get it repaired, and most of it will polish out. Even if I do, my comprehensive deductible is $250. I could also probably get him to pay maybe half of it if I wanted too, but I won't bank on it. It's just not that huge of a deal to me since the bumper had many scratches on it already anyway.

I skimmed through it about the projector headlights but if your implying my headlights piss people off now hate to burst your bubble but projector hids are a ****load brighter

Spare goes face down, there is a doughnut shaped bowl/cover that goes inside the rim.
