Scheduled maintenance on M3s. Done at 30k and 60k. Some say more frequently.

Dropped my car off at aggieE46's house so he can do this list of things while I'm out of town.
-both new engine mounts
-disa rebuild
-valve cover gasket
-oil pan gasket
-oil filter housing gasket
-spark plugs
-new oil level sensor
-new oil filter
-new oil
-diagnosing a shaking problem I've started having lately.

Can't wait to not have that annoying oil light on my dash! And the burning oil smell.

that is pretty good. easily an all day job (oil pan gasket) theres a ton of stuff though that you should replace while in there and barely costs anything.

That's the easiest part I've ever removed from my car except for the cup holder and air box.

Yeah. I installed it. I haven't turned the car on yet though. The reason is that I found a small coolant leak at the bottom left side (from drivers seat view) of the radiator near the coolant drain plug. I also found that I have green coolant, though when I look through the ET cap it looks blue . I'll probably replace most of my system while I'm in there in the next few weeks. I'm kinda pissed about that one even though I knew it was inevitable. Anyway, the PO's mechanic is a ****ing retard. I also found a new power steering hose dated 4/2012 which explains the incorrect fluid in the system. They obviously had a leak, got a new hose put in and used PS fluid even though it says ATF ON THE ****ING CAP!
