That's cool. Keep an eye on your intake air temperature. See if it goes up any.

Wings!!

Today I bought 2 new front wings for my E46 M54 coupe to replace the rusted out originals! Now to get them painted and fit them, when they arrive!

Ordered new rear seat back. Mine had the stitching coming out on both sides from where the previous owner had a water leak around the old antenna gasket. $130 well spent. Still trying to decide whether to use Bilstein Touring or Sachs-Boge shocks and struts. Any opinions? Not a canyon carver here. Looking for decent ride and something that can still handle well.

Just finished up a valve cover gasket job on my '03 e46. Also, sadly, I had to replace the valve cover since I chipped the outer edge of mine trying to pry the thing off. Many thanks to all the people who contribute on this site because I have never turned a wrench in my life but got all the help I needed right here.

congrats. make sure your 300,000th mile is done in reverse with the tires smoking

I have already done about 35k miles
In reverse trying to do burnouts, but cannot get the tires to smoke... is there a thread about it?... or is it because 323? The latter I assume.

Today I Picked up:

ZHP shift knob
Central Window Switch (left side of gear shift)

I redid my Vc gasket cuz it was leaking.....and fixed a broken vacuum line going to the solenoid on the back of manifold(running loses valve?). Now I'm praying to the vanos gods that now all those damn ghost codes go away that were hopefully triggered by that vac leak.

I need one of those window switches. My driver's window intermittently works going auto-down. I've already taken it out and cleaned it (prior to the cleaning it wouldn't auto-down at all). It looked like the PO spilled something in it at one point.

How much did you pay, if you don't mind me asking? Last I checked, they were priced around $60-70.

There's a little grommet on the door. Take it off. Find proper size Allen key and turn it counterclockwise till it gets tight. It's reverse threaded.

^ unless he's planning on keeping the car for another 100k miles, no need to worry about replacing them again.

ZHP shift knob
Central Window Switch (left side of gear shift)
ZHP knob is by far the favorite thing i've done to my car (besides maintaining it)
