Ordered my BMW Scanner 1.4.0 from xcar360.com finally. Maybe I'll be able to see if that ghost P2227 code I keep getting comes with any BMW specific things.

If I am driving and I so much as think of P2227, the SES light comes on. I swear. I can go weeks without thinking about it. I bet it will come on today on my drive home. Good thing I've got some good green so I can chill out when I get through bitching at my car.

The ZHP knob will be fine, IMO the height of the original shifter with the zhp knob is perfect.
Yeah I have feeling it will be as well. My current shifter is tight with no play, so I think just a shorter weighted knob will make it just right.

Just finished installing the famous voltage regulator she's running ***8776;14.0+ volts now. Tomorrow: install second battery, make new face cover for woofer box, and installing amp "rack" to trunk.

I restored the original mats, and ordered a set of the oem rubber all weather mats, front only though. Got a ci don't have 3rd wheels too often at all! The mats came out nice I must say

Today I ordered the new ZHP illuminated shift knob. Actually its the one from the F10 M5. Read about it on M3Forum.net (http://www.m3forum.net/m3forum/showt...ted+shift+knob).

Looking forward to this! This is going to be a long winter, but now I have a couple of small projects to get my BMW ready for next spring that will keep me busy (rims, M3 steering wheel, shift knob, STB and small road rash touch ups on front hood)
