I just did my Idle control valve. It was very difficult but now you can barely hear the engine at idle. So worth my cut up hands.

Added LED tail lights

Got these from Bimmian, smoke/ clear, after trying others. Must be sure to get the ones for convertible! Last ones had a gap, even though they said they would fit, different seller.

I also removed the CDV. Wow. I might actually be able to drive the car now.

Installed egg yolk all around on my clears, license plate delete, valve cover oil cap o-ring, and oil dipstick upper o-rings all yesterday.
And today I installed my H&R sport springs.

Good last couple of days for the e46, now time to get some sleep.

Finally did my FCABS tonight. Bought the car in December and so far have done entire cooling system, vanos seals, ofhg, assorted vacuum hoses, air filters, spark plugs, cleaned icv and throttle body, and replaced the valve cover gasket. Still need to replace the fuel filter and window regulator. Oh, and need to get some bluetooth in there somehow. Replacing the FCABS made a big difference in the handling, plus no more annoying rattle/clunk. Really starting to enjoy this car now that stuff is getting fixed.
