Drove it to school and work...lol
New headlights should be in Tuesday, can finally get rid of the stupid scratched up lens and upgrade to xenons/angel eyes all at once!
Will probably install new DISA valve on wednesday or over the weekend and clean out my ICV while I'm at it
hoorah

Replaced my pulleys and belts. Then fixed my annoying right side blinker that was blinking twice as fast as it should. Thinking about finally fixing my mangled sunshade

Replaced 2 regulators. One is already crunching. Sigh. I lubed up the offending cable. It'll last awhile.

Replaced VANOS seals with the Beisan Systems Viton o-rings, replaced the VCG, OFHG, breather tube that goes across the top of the intake manifold, installed a UUC DSSR (6-speed car) aaaaannddd $200 and 7 hours later the cars drives and runs exactly the same as it did.
*sigh*

Very strong winds on the interstate on my way to work. I ran over something grey. It was my drivers side turning signal... Pulled over at a truck stop and unmatched my hood so I could tuck the wires in safe. Figured out I was able to do it outside the hood. (Hood still unlatched). I get back in the interstate. My car starts shaking. My good flew open a bit, my right grille flies and almost hits a car. I pull over really frustrated... Close the hood and barely made it to work on time.

Put in 545i shifter and shifting is so much nicer now. The clip kicked my ass. I tried sanding the yellow bushings but they had to be left out.

Put it up on jack stands to start replacing the suspension. Just waiting for a few more parts to arrive.

Got 'em via ebay. They're Depo lights, single xenon w/ angel eyes. Simple plug and play upgrade for basic lights.
New bumper will be off to paint on Monday. Today I took the right side of my engine apart, cleaned the DISA up a bit, not too sure if it's broken or not
Cleaned the ICV. No help, still bounces on idle, stalling out at times. Seems like I'm in need of a new MAF. Anybody know where I can get a reliable one for relatively cheap?

Oh and replaced battery about a week ago. Hoorah maintenance!
