Ahh touche, never really considered that. But I got an OEM bumper for a 100 bucks from a friend of mine so I couldn't pass that up. It'll look better than my crappy one with broken tabs.

Installed the CoolantSnitch: http://www.zhpregistry.net/Tech/CoolantSnitch.aspx

Easy install, tested correctly and have few doubts it will work as advertised.

Gives me quite a lot more peace of mind regarding the cooling system (both before and after planned refresh).

One thing I can say is that the beeper unit did not come with double sided tape. I had some 3M removable foam tape left over and used that instead - we'll see how long it lasts.

Haha, they probably are heavy, but they're my winter set and I got em for a pittance, so I'm not too worried about it.

You know who has good cheap microfiber towels? Home Depot. You can get a big pack for like $5-8. They are good enough to use several times, but cheap enough to just throw away without regret when needed. I use like 10 when I wash my car for windows and final buff.

Harbor Freight has a great deal on microfiber cloths. You can always use a coupon and they're so cheap you can almost just toss them after a few uses and buy new ones.

I love when a company puts things is quality packaging. It's one of the tricks Apple uses to make themselves seem better than the competition.
