E46 M3 here out in Greensboro. Any of you guys out my way? Trying to get a cruise together out to the Cars and Coffee show on Nov 5th. Anyone down?

My SES light is on. I checked the codes and they're P0171, P0174, P1083, and P1085. I cleaned the MAF sensor, replaced the air filter, and checked for vacuum leaks on the intake. I've ran 2 bottles of sea foam in 2 tanks of fuel as well. Any other suggestions before I take it somewhere? What shop around Charlotte has a good scanner guy that specializes in BMW's?

hey guys, i asked a off duty cop the other day about my smoked corners and he said they illegal to have here in NC?? Anybody know a little on this? btw they're smoked not blacked out

You can ask 50 cops the same question and you will get a different answer each. As far as smoked lights, id figure if there is any refelctive areas that can be seen and properly function your fine. and the lights arent dim when lit at night then you should be fine. I personally think that the really dark tinted lenses are a saftey hazard. But lightly smoked ones are safe to have. But if the officer that pulls you over one day decides to write you a ticket he has every right to. Depends on how cocky he wants to be.

Yea exactly!! depends on who its is cause i even asked him about clear corners and he said corners lights have to have a amber lens and a white bulb unless different from the factory

They are illegal in NC. As well as any smoked tag cover or a tag frame that covers any part if the information in The tag, like the stickers.

Sounds good to me. I could use some help fixing one of my retarded e90 cup holders that is stuck in the dash. What were they thinking with that design?

Also, if the owner of the blue e46 M3 that I saw the other day with a CSL decklid and what looked like a CSL front with a one piece splitter(could be wrong) sees this, your car is absolutely beautiful.

On second thought I don't think cops or inspection would care cause my friends C43 AMG comes with smoked tails from the factory! If anything tails would be worse then corners and he hasn't gotten stopped
