NO Fuel Rail Pressure... Why?

So I went to go do the fuel rail pressure test and nothing came out. Well no readings. A little fuel came out but not much. Try it a couple times then all of a sudden my dad at the bright idea to tell me to start the car. I heard the fuel pump priming I'm position two, But we wanted to check the pressure because of had some stalling issues, only one or two times when I would have my foot on the break and I would hit the gas a little bit at a red light to move up.

Long story short I turn the car on fuel squirted out everywhere and where went to go put the cap back on after I shut the car off I noticed that the gasket in the valve cover broke. I know I can buy a new valve cover;

But why was there no pressure reading? Could it be because that part connected to the fuel rail is broken?

NO Fuel Rail Pressure... Why?

If I can't get a fuel reading from the schrader valve could it be broken? I know in terms of parts it's not just the valve there; yet there's that whole piece that's under the fuel rail and goes through a whole on the fuel rail tht makes up the schrader vavle. So I I had to replace it, I would have to take off fuel rail.

I do not stall in my car starts. I was just doing the fuel filter for preventative maintenance and I have stalled a couple times but I just wanted to check it from my own peace of mind. It's stalled when I was at a red light and had my foot on the break and I would gently release the brake a little and hit the gas the RPM gauge would fluctuate up and down and then sound like it was about to stall. It's stalled three times in the past.year. So I wanted to check it. I tried a few times and did not get a reading. When I had it hooked up to the gauge I turn the car on and unfortunately broke the gasket on the schrader valve. I have to get a new one.

But if I replaced the cat and I did not get a fuel reading do you think I have to replace that entire piece of the schrader valve?

Is there way to diagnose? Fuel came out of the stem when I turn the car on..
