I've got 4 M54B30 cranks at the shop so I measured them all:

#1: 1.2585
#2: 1.2600
#3: 1.2595
#4: 1.2590

And when I removed the damper off the 330i street car, I literally pulled the damper off with my hands. It was pretty easy once I got that darn bolt off....

whew- that's a spread! .0015" variance.......there goes the hope of a one size fits all Super Damper.

my stock damper slipped off easily too

nah- the damper's job is the same regardless of flywheel or any mod unless the redline is going to be over 7500 or your power way way up there- then you'd want one like Adam's that displaces most accessory pullies

That'll work for my 12/02 build date?

Just searched, looks like it's only for 323, 325, 328s. Thanks for getting my hopes up!!!

Check the Siemens part # on the MAF

Don't the pre-03/03 330's use the MS43 DME thus have the same MAF as every other non-M E46? So it should be able to use the Hyundai MAF.

Not totally off topic...if we help Brady save a couple of bucks on a MAF then he'll have more for the damper!
