I don't think so...we're probably at least 2 months out on this. To make it work, the design is a bit "different".

For a 10 person group buy...463 posts. I just signup for the Driver's Edge at MSR on 30/31 Jul. My excitement is starting to rise.

I have a call in to another rep at ATI. Neither Anthony or I can get an email back from Ricky. I'll call back every hour until I get something solid. We should all have these installed by now.

I will be at my race shop next Tues. 31 or Wed. 1st, does anyone want/need me to take a 31 mile drive over to ATI ? Maybe a personal visit will help speed things up.

I'm calling to talk to him anyway. Just left him a VM.

Best I could get was an email back. He apologized for the delay and repeated that he was trying to ship them within 2 weeks.

I don't think this delay is representitive of ATI. All of my dealings with them, although only for single pieces, have gone much smoother. If anyone has doubts because of this thread about buying, check around in the Chevy and Ford forums...they usually deliver much more efficiently. If this GB hadn't been going, I would have just ordered from my usual guy and probably had it sitting at my shop collecting dust in January.

Hopefully Ricky delivers on what he is "hoping", as nearly 6 months from time of deposit to delivery is a bit much. Anthony is probably looking forward to finishing this thing more than anyone. Oh...BTW, might be a good idea to pick up an item or 2 from him when the dampers are shipping to everyone.

Ricky told me they had been slammed with "custom applications" lately. I kinda thought that was their thing

I'm sure once it's on the car I'll totally forget about it and smile.

And yes, as soon as I need brakes, Anthony is the man. Remember, he doesn't just do BMW brakes, any application.

Is Anthony going to be carrying Stoptech BBKs?

I want to ditch my UUC BBK since pads to such a PIA to find...at least for the 6pot wilwood calipers.

I've been to ATI. It's not a huge place. Talking to them face to face, I can say they are pretty stand up people
