Exclamation e46 300i Warm Start Issue

I have 2001 330i, it's supercharged, hamann exhaust, custom intake, larger injectors. The problem I'm having is that the car runs amazing on a cold start, anytime after leaving it 1-3hrs is fine. Starting it up warm makes it an entirely different car. The startup itself is rougher, longer crank time needed and even a backfire on the rare 5th or 6th start in a few hours. Then it runs like it has no torque whatsoever. Letting out the clutch at a normal (well moderately fast) speed will stall the car if you dont have enough gas, pressure on the gas makes the rpms actually go down before they go up, acceleration is literally halved or quartered. The best i can describe it is it feels constipated. There is also a huge throttle lag too, accelleration will continue almost a full second after I take my foot off the gas.

Reading through other posts it could possibly be:
1) Fuel filter - No I changed that thinking it was it already
2) Fuel pump - unlikely since it runs so good cold
3) Engine Temp Sensor - This seems way likely but I cant find any info on where it is or where to buy one for my car
4) Fuel injectors - this is a possibility. they are big, it runs rich, the ******* who tuned the car @ the supercharger company didn't seem like a "do a good job man" so there's a chance it's tuned for normal size ones still. But at 300 a set i'd rather try something else first.
5) Some other sensor that involves engine temp - this just seems logical because the symptoms appear at a specific temp, but i don't know which it could be.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
