I've only played in my coupe but some will at least be applicable for the saloon also.

For A pillars (either side of front windscreen), you need to prise off the airbag insert strips and then remove the 3 torx screws per side... after that they simply lift out.

Rear pillars (either side of rear window) pop the light panels out and a single torx screw behind...then pull the panel to release if from its securing clips.

Once you've removed each of the side panels, tug the headrests out, if they come out and leave the mounting posts in place, simply turn the posts a quarter turn and they lift out easy. Then you'll need to remove the black trim piece which runs below the rear shelf (behind the seats and at top of trunk feed through hole). This is secured with the plastic rivets, push the centre pin through enough to allow the main rivet casing to be pulled from each hole (might wanna buy some spares here as they can break or easily disappear whilst being removed). Once complete for all the rivets, the plastic trim will simply unclip down and away from the rear deck.

Once all that's done, prise the rear speaker grilles out, unscrew the speakers and then the whole rear deck trim will slide forward and out of the car. Be sure to relocate the rear of the trim shelf in the grooved plastic when reinstalling (you'll see it below the rear screen)

Rear Seat cushion, simply lift at front edge to unclip the securing brackets and it slides forward and up / out.

Rear seat side squabs (between rear seat fold down back and the side mounted arm rest /panels), remove top plastic mount, press centre of single plastic rivet in gently, centre pin is retianed in the rivet on these ones. Lift the plastic cover away by unclipping it from the trim piece which covers the rear window actuation arms. Under there, you'll need to look closely to see a black plastic tab which fits through a cutout into the trunk. This NEEDS to be depressed downwards before it will release. Once the clip is released the whole squab simply lifts up and out.

Hope that explains it a little but it will be clearer once you've tried it for each trim piece.

Search the General Forum on TIS, and you'll see that some members might have it, you can buy them on eBay, or you can download using eMule/eDonkey.

No, they pry out straight upward, held with same fasteners that hold on the door panels (but the doors have screws too).

Search the BMW boards for someone that has replaced their door sills, and they'll have exact steps.
