Pic Request: e46 non m's with side vents!!!!
post pictures if you have taken or have seen pictures of side vents on e46 coupes with no m fenders added. Thinking about doing it but wanna see how it looks first. Appreciate it if you can find 325ci pics so i can how the vents look with the sidemarkers. Thanks!

Its considered to be in bad taste. There are certain things transfer over well, such as ZHP bumpers onto non ZHP cars. Then there are other things that don't including side vents which are considered to be in the same category as putting an M badge on your non-M car. Most of the time the side vents are stick on units that look absolutely awful, other times people cut into their fenders and either don't put them in the right location or use a different style of vent that also looks terrible. Even if done right they still will look off on the skinny, non-widened fenders of a non-M. The only non-M car Ive seen pull it off has been a sedan that was given the full M3 treatment, including all the performance bits, not just the bodywork stuff. In short, trying to make your car a poser M3 will not be received well by 95% of BMW enthusiasts.

i think ///oss is the only one who can pull them off on a non-m. but even his grills say "///oss" and not m3
