Wiring for the new install!!!!!!HELP ME PLZ!!!!
Hello All,
Could anyone please be so kind to explain to me how to take apart most of the e46 convertible, (side sills Basically I want to start my instal tomorrow, and dont really want to brake anything... I will be installing a Kenwood flip out screen, its CD changer, Playstation 2, transformer for 220v, RCA´s for future subs and speakers.... Please help me out as i dont want to damage any of the parts that have to be removed for the wiring of all this stuff!!!!! Thanx a million Steve

It would probably be a good idea to get the BMW TIS/ETK discs, and on the TIS disc is alot of the instructions for removing the doors sills, trunk interior, and dashboard.
You can see how to remove the door panels with the side mirror DIY here on E46F or here: http://www.performanceix.com/howto/h...hp?howto_id=27 You'll also need to know the right wires to tap into in the factory harness -- search the ICE threads and there's been a couple recent posts on that.
