Ask a Body Piercer thread

I realize this thread will get lost in a mater of days, but I wanted to make it anyway.

I have been a professional body adornment technician for 2.5 years now and i know that this industry is starting to pick up and reach outside of the "alternative" crowds and gain some major popularity due to TV, music, and internet. I feel that people need an information outlet for understanding or learning about piercings.

Ill most likely ignore questions that are obviously frivolous but real questions are more than welcome. Including: jewelry standards, asepsis, healing times, trouble shooting, etc.

Yeah, the jewelry from a prince albert can cause some deviation of the stream. using your kegel muscles to slow you're stream can aid is reducing splatter (and prolong ejaculation)

Can u put a spacer thing that u put in ur ears, on ur D?

If you have your ears stretched and you take out the jewlery, will the holes close up? And what is an estimated time frame?

my plugs are a size 0. if i wanted to go bigger lets say 00 or 3/8, how long would it take for my ears to shrink back down?

yeah i refuse based on anatomy, age (to young to properly heal), perceived hygiene, or drug or alcohol consumption ...etc

not generally the jewelry is shaped differently in most cases.

There is a lot that can be factors in this. how fast you stretch, how long you're there, how quick you down size etc. its very hard to give a specific size or time for people because tissue consistency differs so much

if you were to rupture the subclavian artery you could cause pneumothorax and kill someone. among about 100 other issues than can occur.
