is this ballast applicable to my p46 LED

Any H7 35w ballast will work so long as the connectors are the correct style to connect to the bulb.

would this suffice?

Those look like they would work however I'd recommend trying to find a set with digital slim ballasts.

thanks. i bought this ballast and igniter for $12 shipped from ebay. works like a charm. let's see how long it will last...

turned out to be my HID bulb. its plug and play
