Look on eBay, there's plenty of them that sold for over $1k and some for a lot more. It's the demand, you won't be able to buy them until July if you didn't preorder. Some people just can't wait, especially people overseas.

I've been trying to resist commenting but I preordered a 32 gig iPhone 4, went to get it yesterday and there was about a 12+ hour wait... F' that! Went back today, after my pre-order expired, and within an hour I walked out with my 32 gig iPhone 4... I don't mean to rain on anyone's parade but $1000??? Seriously???
