Anthony any idea when these might become available? Also, if I were to go ahead with the 325/330 header in my 328, do you know if it would fit if I get an exhaust from a 325 or 330?

Yes, its exactly what Im doing. Here are your other options.

1. Wait for the 323/328 headers.
2. Get the 325/330 and cut/shorten your exhaust, rotating your exhaust flanges to fit in the process.
3. Get 325 headers and get a oem/aftermarket 330/325 exhaust.

Cheapest method would be 3, given you can find a steal on a used 325/330 exhaust, or 2 depending on who you know who can weld.

I went with 330 headers for my 328 because I had my eye on a Magnaflow catback for quite some time.

Anthony, i would possibly be interested in the o2 sims, but i want some more information, can you post any pictures of the instruction manual, and if you know of anyone that has used this actual chip and had success, i have been unsuccessful with the o2sim.com sims....

me too..

so after doing some research about this i have come to a few conclusions.

1. MY o2 sim pulses between .1V and .3V pretty slowly (1.2 seconds)
2. My buddys stock 330i stays between about .4 and.5V pretty constantly.

This means either I have the wrong sim or something else is up. I would appreciate it if people out there with sims could measure their voltages and get abck to me about whats going on with their sims.

before i order a sim from you i would love for you to hook one up to a battery and tell me the voltage its reading. cause this **** is pissing me off. BTW o2sim.com customer service sucks ass. beware/

These o2 sims are custom to my specs.

BimmerBrakes offer standard oxygen sensor simulator with continuous flipping: 3.3sec at 0V and 3.3sec at 0.7V when car is not running; 3.3sec at 0V and 3.3sec at 0.9V when car is running, typical current under 10mA. It is compatible with e36/e46. However, customized oxygen sensor simulators can be ordered. Please send pm/email to specify your desired timing and voltage. Please allow up to 4 business days before the shipping of customized simulator.

^^ In plain English - Will they do a good job holding back check engine and will all sensors be in ready status to pass emissions? I understand the relevance of timing and voltage as mentioned above.

hold on the specs you posted dont make much sense. why would it pulse when the car is turned off? also .9V is close to double the 330ci I measured and close to 3 times what my current sim is putting out. I mean if you give me a guarantee it will work i will paypal you ASAP.

this sheds a little light on the problem

cause the sims do not turn off. I have noticed the o2sim.com have different Voltage and there customer service is not great. Mine (o2Sim.com) pushes out is about .3v and .7v that I have running in my car ATM. The new ones (Custom Made for this GB) I will be testing these before they go out to make sure there is no issues with the sims.

At the Moment, I found out that there isn't really a 100% fitment 323/328 Headers. The one we carried before had issues with the post o2 sensors and we got it revised but the Supplier put it on the back burner The ETA on it is still not known. If you get the 325/330 you can get any 325/330 exhaust and it will fit fine.

No problem. Been doing extensive research on it. These will work better then o2sims.com that give me issues as well. I will be swapping to my new o2 Sims.
