So then stop doing what you're doing. What if you weighted more after your chipotle burrito? What does that tell you? Nothing. Weigh yourself every week in the morning after you piss or sh1t. Take that data over the course of a month and see what's happening. Plus, if you're trying to bulk and the scale says anything more than a few lbs a month it's fat anyway.

I can see a pattern in my weight change
And it's interesting to see how much water weight can fluctuate and also how other things affect the body weight

I always wondered if eating an 8x8 resulted in positive weight gain

I was extremely low on my daily intake that day
I don't even think I hit 3500 cal with the 8x8

Scratch that
I got over 3500 ... but needed the 8x8 to do it

In the world of weight gain it's better to be safe than sorry lol

If you could do 335x2 you def could muster up 345x1 without the belt. Listen to what I tell you lol. The belt doesn't automatically increase your lifts.

Don't tell my body that
I want to psyche myself up

I know it doesn't automatically increase anything
But it for sure will help me to protect my back by properly bracing against the belt
It was difficult to hold the air in and push out without something there
Like I might be able to hold it standing still... but once I start bending down or something i would lose it

I feel like the belt is kind of restrictive on my deads. Almost where it makes me feel like I'm about to barf lol.

I hated it, I used it once and stopped... But I know the benefits so I should force myself to get used to it.

Yea... I'm getting a lot of pinching from the belt (too much belly fat) when I get down into position for the dl
What made it especially bad yesterday was that I had a huge lunch so I was barely able to snap the lever closed
And I am fiddling with the placement, slightly higher or lower, to find the right spot

I'm sure it will get better
I only used the belt for like 15 total minutes so far

I am both looking forward to and dreading the day I start my cut
(Thinking end of November)
I've done it (the whole p90x business) so I know what it takes
And I'm getting sick of carrying so much body fat
But man ... it's not going to be easy

225x2 front squat
Think I can do 235 right now

Edit
235 no problem
Put up 245x1
But damn it ... bar started rolling off my front shoulder
my inability to hold the bar will limit my fs max here
