clunk sound while shifting

When i am just putting around town my rear end makes a clunk sound when shifting, but while under hard acceleration it feels solid and i dont hear any noise. Is this normal?

Shift mode, total miles?

Could be rear sub-frame mounting bushes.

I would check the rear differential mounts.

mine does that too unfortunately...but i adjusted my shifting to avoid the clunk. but id like to know who or what fixes this

subframe bushing. mine was the same. changed all seven bushing and now its fine. here is a diy. what the first video and ull know why it makes that thump noice

The ///M limited slip differential is know for a grinding noise during low speed cornering. When the rear wheel speed differential varies during tight cornering, a slip stick effect is created on the lining and steel discs incorporated in the differential locking clutch, causing the grinding noise.
