About to take the plunge!

Hey all,

Looking for some input, I am about to take the plunge into an 04 330ci. My friend in Washington State bought this car new and the lease is about to end. He has offered to sell it to me for the residual price of 10k.

The car is black on black
Automatic Trans
Premium pkg
Sport pkg
HID's and some other various options.
55k on the odo.
Car has no mods.
New Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires, New Battery
Oil changes every 5k at the dealer
All service records.

Before I purchase the car and drive it 2300+ miles home I wanted to do my research.

From what I have read here it seems the only thing I need to be concerned about is having the transmission fluid and differential fluid changed. I will also have the bushings checked for wear. Is there anything else?

Are any of you familiar with the Puyallup Wa area and what maybe a good independent to take the car to for the service and a check out?
