When I bought it I also bought two sets of bostons acoustics and a jl 300/4 amp. They gave it to me for $1700

the alpine iva-d900 looks sweet! i was wondering, does it fit in the place of the cassette deck? Also, if you dont' mind answering, how much did you pay for installation? Thanks

Very nice! Do you have a picture of it when it's closed?

Does it have a display to show track, data, etc. when closed? That is why I luv my Clarion but have always been an Alpine lover!

The iva-d900 plays everything and then some. It's the best of the best.

Taken directly from the description of the unit on Alpine's site:
The ultimate mobile theater system is now a reality and this DVD player with a motorized screen performs flawlessly.

It also refers to it as a DVD receiver, and the DVD logo is on the corner of the unit.
