HU's that have all in one capability are mostly unknown taiwan or china brands. Clarion, pioneer and alpine have separate tv tuners.

Panasonic CQ-VAD7200U, CQ-VAD9200U, and CQ-VAD9300U all have built in TV tuners and mp3 capabilities. CQ-VAD9200U and CQ-VAD9300U (the updated version of the 9200U w/increased wattage and SIRIUS-ready) also has built in dolby digital encoder whereas the Clarion unit has to be purchased seperately also.

so with the Panasonics you listed, all you have to do is install it like a regular HU? No extra boxes, brains, tuners, etc???
if so that is cool! Is it any different than installing a regular HU? I thought you had problems installing it.

U just install the HU and the brain (under the seat). I did have a problem before but it was caused by bad wiring. I eventually took it to a pro-installer and now it works.
