I used to listen to this kind of music and other screaming genres. Then I started listening to rap

Heavyheavylowlow
Arsonists Get All the Girls (disbanded)
August Burns Red
The Black Dahlia Murder
Job for a Cowboy
The Devil Wears Prada (liked them before scene homos did)
H.O.R.S.E. the band
The Number 12 Looks like You
The Jonbenet

Can look up more in my itunes if you want.

edit: no idea what's going on with the formatting

TDWP was good. Then they started dressing differently and getting a lot of weird scene fans. That really turned me off and I refused to admit I was a fan of them. Stopped listening to the after Plagues. I have their first CD as an actual CD that I bought at Best Buy.

haha no way. I had no idea these guys were big enough to have fans out in CA. Their drummer worked at the gap in my home town They were one of the first hardcore bands I listened to back in HS and the first time I saw them play was their last show ever. That night was sick...Beloved and Underoath played, and then Norma Jean made a surprise appearance.

Swift? Really? I never thought I would see the day where someone mentioned them on a BMW site. Talk about a small town band...you must have grown up somewhere close to Winston Salem.

I really miss the days of Ziggy's, Wake Forest bought the land last year and tore it down Their singer was awful live, but those shows were so much fun

Beloved FTW.....

was bumping them for a while...

I know all the dudes from Atreyu, they are from my town/school, i've actually come to like their latest album (congregation of the damned), although obviously their old is better (The Curse, Suicide notes, etc..)

Is the new MMF album any good? I haven't sat down and listened to it yet.

Not sure if I ever posted these guys or not

And I'm pretty sure they broke up and their later stuff went off the deep end, but early He Is Legend is epic
