Post Fixing Xenon Headlight 2003 325

Hi All,

I could really do with some help.... I have got a 325ci MSport (2003) with Xenon headlights...

I noticed the other day that the internal housing of the passenger side light had dropped down on one side so i dismantled the light to find one of the plastic clips holding the silver reflective plastic had snapped...

It looks fixable with some strong epoxy (or replacement clip) but I cant get to the broken clip without undoing the other side... I've attached some pics of the side i cant get off... it seems to be a small plastic ball joint in a another plastic housing. I dont want to force it becuase it feels like it would break quite easily...

The lights are working fine apart from this, well apart from pointing too low so buying a new unit for 500 seems a bit excessive if i can get to this clip and glue it or replace it...

I've trawled the net but cant find any guides for this particular headlight... only seem to be the ones for the seperate indicator which is completely different...

Anyone have any ideas??

Thanks in advance!
