If the wheels actually arrived bent (and you bought them directly from us), you'll have no problems getting them replaced. Simply contact my customer service department at 1-800-428-8355, ext 360.

ok, well they are putting me through a run around to get them replaced, and now im having to spend almost $60 to get them "inspected" by someone locally to "prove" that they are bent, the fact is, I took them to two tire shops in town and both said the same exact thing.

Perhaps you should have sent him an email via the forum instead of creating a thread. TireRack has great customer service and will take care of you. Calm down.

Would you mind shooting me an email with your order # or full name and billing telephone # so that I can keep an eye on the situation?

i think this is the culprit as well, on both front rims....

look at that ish. haha

i talked to cheryl today and she said she's gonna send me out some new ones from the louisiana warehouse and test em before shipping.

the runout measurements were definately way outside of spec on both wheels
