What was the verdict on the fan?

Finally did a day light run in one my favorite canyons...I usually stop here for a bit, but its always too dark to snap any shots with the phone.

The jury is still out, not sure. I got a resistance of 25 ohms across the fan's motor and I've read it's supposed to be <10 but haven't found anything definite. And my rigged source was only good for 3A and I have no idea what wattage the fan is; it was turning but very slowly and only in small jumps. And lastly, my voltage regulator on the alternator is shot so I don't know if the electrical system cut power to the fan in an attempt to reduce the load. I have a new voltage regulator on the way so we'll see.

The relay on my front fan never worked. Took me forever to figure that out, which wasn't good when it was the only fan on the car for a week or so.
