max lip for e46

hey guys looking for rims trying to find out the max lip i can put on the rear without the rim exceeding the fender. like is 4-5 inch lip ok? any help would be appreciated thanks

no 4 or 5 will be too much unless you get a custom wheel. Get a 3" lip, 9.5" wheel and offset 38+ aprox.

4-5" lips will be extremely hard to achieve without major modifications to the car.

We do offer our V714 and V715 wheels which have about a 3" lip in the rear. Our V714's are offered in a 9.0 +38 rear and our V715's in a 9.5 +45. These fitments are pretty much as wide as you'll want to go with the largest lips without the need of any modifications with the car at stock height.
